When you select an email or “Contact Us” link on our website, your device may open your email application so that you can contact us directly. We collect the information you choose to include in that communication.

2. Information Collected Automatically

3. How We Obtain Information

For example, a property manager may provide us with a tenant’s name and telephone number so that we can coordinate access for an authorized repair.

5. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

Vine Construction uses SMS messaging for conversational, service-related communications. We do not use our SMS program to send unsolicited advertising or promotional marketing messages.

SMS communications may include matters such as maintenance or repair coordination, scheduling, property access, service updates, appointment coordination, work-order questions, and other communications directly related to services requested or authorized by a property owner, property manager, or homeowners association.

Individuals may consent to SMS communications by initiating an SMS conversation with Vine Construction or by directly agreeing to communicate by SMS, including during a telephone conversation.

Message frequency varies based on the services, work orders, and communications involved. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent information, or SMS opt-in information.

An individual who opts out of SMS may still be contacted through another appropriate method when necessary to coordinate authorized work, such as telephone or email, subject to applicable law.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or perform authorized services.

Recipients may include our employees, authorized contractors and technicians, property owners, property managers, homeowners associations, service providers, accounting and business-management providers, communications providers, cloud and information-technology providers, financial institutions and payment providers, insurers, accountants, attorneys and other professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities when required by law.

For example, a technician performing an authorized repair may receive the property address, work-order information, access instructions, and appropriate contact information necessary to perform the work.

We require service providers to handle information only for legitimate business purposes and consistent with applicable law and their contractual obligations.

The SMS-specific restrictions described in Section 5 apply to mobile opt-in information and consent.

7. Property Photographs and Videos

Vine may take photographs or videos in connection with inspections, repairs, maintenance, renovations, work documentation, estimates, completion records, insurance matters, and quality control.

We do not publish photographs of occupied residential units for promotional or portfolio purposes without appropriate permission.

We may use photographs or videos of work performed in vacant or unoccupied units for our portfolio, website, marketing materials, or business presentations, provided we take reasonable steps to avoid displaying personal information belonging to residents or other individuals.

Photographs or other materials provided to us by a tenant, property owner, property manager, or other person may be used as reasonably necessary to evaluate, coordinate, document, or perform the requested services.

8. Telephone Communications and Call Recording

Where permitted by applicable law, Vine may monitor or record telephone calls for quality assurance, training, documentation, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

When notice or consent is required by law, appropriate notice or consent will be provided or obtained before recording.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legitimate operational, contractual, accounting, warranty, insurance, tax, regulatory, recordkeeping, and legal requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with the applicable property, customer, tenant, vendor, or other individual.

10. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no website, computer system, telecommunications system, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

Depending on the circumstances and the applicability of particular California privacy laws, California residents may have rights regarding personal information maintained about them, including rights to request information about personal information collected, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, or obtain information regarding disclosures of personal information.

Vine does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To submit a privacy-related inquiry or request, contact us at info@vinegroupinc.com or (310) 534-2687.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

13. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signals.

Our website does not currently respond differently to traditional browser Do Not Track signals. We do not intentionally use our website to conduct behavioral advertising or permit advertising networks to track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising purposes.

14. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Vine is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of third-party websites. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party's policies.

Terms & Conditions

Vine Group Inc. dba Vine Construction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the website operated by Vine Group Inc., doing business as Vine Construction (“Vine Construction,” “Vine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as certain electronic communications with Vine.

By accessing or using www.vinegroupinc.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Vine Construction

Vine Construction provides property maintenance, repair, renovation, and related construction services to property owners, property management companies, property managers, and homeowners associations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

We may communicate directly with tenants or occupants when necessary to coordinate work authorized by the applicable owner, property manager, or other responsible party. Such communication does not ordinarily create a separate customer or contractual relationship between Vine and the tenant or occupant.

2. Website Information

The website is provided for general informational purposes.

Information appearing on the website is not a binding estimate, proposal, contract, guarantee, warranty, or promise to perform particular work.

Availability, scope, pricing, scheduling, materials, labor, and other project terms are determined separately based on the applicable property and requested services.

3. Estimates, Proposals, and Service Agreements

Actual work performed by Vine is governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, work order, contract, authorization, or other agreement between Vine and the responsible customer.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed or accepted project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that work.

Pricing, scope, schedules, warranties, payment obligations, exclusions, change orders, and other project-specific terms are governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

4. Warranties

Any warranty relating to construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, materials, workmanship, or other services is governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, manufacturer warranty, or other written documentation relating to that work.

Nothing on the website creates an additional warranty beyond those expressly provided in the applicable agreement or required by law.

5. Communications

By contacting Vine by telephone, email, SMS, or another communication method, you authorize us to respond using an appropriate method consistent with applicable law and any consent requirements that apply to that method of communication.

Communications sent by email, SMS, or through other electronic systems may experience delays, delivery failures, or technical errors. Do not rely on electronic communications for emergencies.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Vine Construction operates an SMS messaging program solely for service-related and conversational business communications. We do not use this program for unsolicited promotional or advertising messages.

SMS messages may relate to matters including repair or maintenance coordination, scheduling, appointments, access to properties, work-order questions, service updates, and other communications associated with authorized property services.

Consent

You may consent to receive SMS communications from Vine Construction by initiating a text-message conversation with us or by directly agreeing to continue communications by SMS, including during a telephone conversation.

A property owner or property manager may provide Vine with a tenant’s contact information for purposes of coordinating authorized work. However, provision of a tenant's telephone number by another person does not, by itself, enroll the tenant in Vine's SMS messaging program. Where consent is required, Vine will obtain consent directly from the recipient before initiating SMS communications unless the recipient initiates the SMS conversation.

Consent to SMS messaging is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the applicable work order, service request, scheduling needs, and the nature of the conversation.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Vine does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS messaging program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP

After an opt-out request is processed, you will receive no further SMS messages from the Vine Construction messaging program unless you later consent to resume messaging.

You may reply START to request to resume SMS communications where supported.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing contained on the website should be interpreted as engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, financial, or other professional advice outside the services expressly agreed to by Vine in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or warranty that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vine Group Inc., Vine Construction, and their officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.

This website limitation does not replace or alter liability provisions contained in an applicable construction contract, estimate, proposal, service agreement, insurance obligation, or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted at www.vinegroupinc.com/policies. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these website Terms do not retroactively alter an executed project-specific contract unless the parties agree otherwise.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent a dispute concerning these Terms is not governed by a separate written agreement, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
